Microsoft get Android Patents Now to Earn from Samsung.

Microsoft has announced the signing of their largest Android patent deal that covers cross-licensing with Samsung, which is the maker of world most popular Android Smartphone. According to this agreement, Samsung will now have to pay Microsoft for Android Tablet or smartphone activation. The agreement follows several deals Microsoft has made with Android manufacturers, with companies like HTC, Acer, ViewSonic, Velocity Micro and Winstron paying similar fees per Android device. Under the agreement, Samsung will pay a royalty fee to Microsoft on every Android tablet and smartphone it produces, and the two won’t engage in any legal battles over patents [...]

Android Market is Full of Malware, Beware.

A new Juniper International Threat Center study has pointed to Android malware possibly becoming a critical issue in just the past 4 months.
